Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit an Export Admin Team Supervisor to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits. This is a newly created role within the Export Department so it’s an exciting opportunity to make your mark!

The Company

Responsibilities as our Export Admin Team Supervisor will include:

  • Supervise and organise the flow of work through the Export Admin Team
  • Build a positive team spirit amongst the Export Admin Team and lead them by example (currently 4 team members)
  • Process and oversee export customer orders from start to finish
  • Interact with a diverse global network of dealers and distributors
  • Liaise with internal teams for timely and compliant export order despatch
  • Work through daily problem solving and share key learning with the team
  • Occasionally attend overseas trade shows if required

What we’re looking for in our Export Admin Team Supervisor:

  • To have a positive customer focused mindset and be proactive
  • Previous experience working in an Export based role is preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be culturally aware with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and international customers
  • To be highly organised, efficient and adaptable to change
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Computer literacy, including experience of Microsoft Office applications
