Here at Sealey we are seeking to recruit an Export Admin Supervisor to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Responsibilities as our Export Admin Supervisor will include:

  • Supervise and organise the flow of work through the Export Admin team, whilst building a positive team spirit.
  • Process and own export customer orders and manage order log.
  • Answer export customer enquiries, handle queries and organise transport/freight bookings.
  • Liaise with other internal teams for timely and compliant despatch or to expedite order despatch.
  • Work through daily problem solving and share key learning with the team.
  • Occasionally attend overseas trade shows if required.

What we’re looking for in our Export Admin Supervisor:

  • To have a sales focussed mindset and be proactive.
  • Previous experience working in an Export based role.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be culturally aware with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and international customers.
  • To be highly organised, efficient and adaptable to change.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Computer literacy, including experience of in-house computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
