Here at Sealey, we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Credit Control Supervisor with strong leadership and communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive yet thoughtful approach to change and process improvement. You’ll lead our Credit Control team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and oversee the management of our debt. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Responsibilities as our Credit Control Supervisor will include:
- Supervisor to a team of five credit controllers
- Dealing with, negotiating and resolving escalated issues
- Monitoring customer credit limits and overseeing the setup of new customer accounts
- Safeguarding the company’s exposure to bad debts
- Send monthly debt letters, solicitor letters and issue legal proceedings
- Deal with ROT claims, accounts in liquidation and bad debts
- Raise invoices for customer rebates
- Processing contras and journals
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Month end reporting and annual audit records
