Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit an Area Sales Representative for Poland and the CEE area to join our growing export team. We are looking for someone who speaks native level Polish and ideally with dual UK and EU citizenship. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.
The Company
Would you like to work for one of the UK’s leading hand, power tool, and equipment distributors? Established since 1978, Sealey are the preferred choice for the trade within the automotive, agricultural, motorcycle, industrial and engineering market sectors.
Responsibilities as our Area Sales Representative- Poland & CEE will include:
- Split time between Poland, CEE countries and our UK office (Bury St Edmunds)
- Identify, approach and sell to new dealers/distributors in the target area.
- Build relationships with an existing major customer in the Polish automotive sector.
- Work across sectors such as Industrial Supply, Engineering, Agriculture, Construction, Mining and Energy sectors.
- Hitting sales targets through new account generation and growing existing business.
- Occasionally attend overseas trade shows if required.
What we’re looking for in our Area Sales Representative- Poland & CEE:
- A bilingual Polish-English speaker, other language skills would be beneficial.
- A sales driven approach with a genuine desire to open and grow new business.
- A strong track record of being a door opener through cold calling and visiting target businesses and the understanding of the distribution sales model.
- An understanding of the tools and equipment industry.
- Previous experience in the Automotive, Agricultural, Engineering distribution market would be an advantage.
