We have an exciting opportunity to join our Tool University Programme. This 18-month programme allows individuals to ‘learn on the job’ with a company that recognises commitment, hard work, and encourages career progression. Individuals will work within all departments of one of the world’s best tool and machinery organisations, learning all aspects of our business, whilst also completing a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Whether designing products, creating marketing campaigns, shipping goods around the world, driving sales campaigns, or analysing numbers in accounts, there is great scope for opportunities and personal development. The programme offers students a comprehensive insight into each department, how they interlink across the business, whilst gaining a clear understanding of the roles which currently exist within our teams.
