We are looking for a customer‑focused Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and repair packaging equipment at customer sites. The role covers the South West and South Wales, with travel across the UK as needed. Ideally based in Gloucester, Worcester, or Wiltshire.
Key responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and commission equipment; perform functional testing
- Carry out preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs
- Provide on‑site technical support and customer training
- Accurately document service activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and project teams
Essential requirements:
- Electrical qualification
- Strong mechanical and pneumatic knowledge
- Field service or machinery maintenance experience
- Strong diagnostic and customer communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (including occasional overnight/weekend work)
- Full UK driving licence; fluent English; good IT skills
