Location: Canary Wharf, London

Reporting To: General Manager

Hours: Full-time / Part-time (including evenings & weekends)

Craft Exceptional Drinks

  • Create delicious cocktails and drinks to Sea Lanes’ highest standards, every single time
  • Confidently share your knowledge and make tailored drink recommendations for every guest
  • Ensure all stock and items are replenished and ready to go throughout your shift
  • Keep your bar area clean, presentable, and guest-ready at all times

Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences

  • Greet and welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine enthusiasm
  • Take orders, deliver drinks, and check in with guests to ensure they’re having the time of their lives
  • Walk guests through our full F&B offering and make recommendations they’ll love
  • Have an eye for opportunity, always looking for the chance to surprise, delight, and exceed expectations
  • Handle guest transactions accurately and efficiently, you’re accountable for every transaction

Support & Lead the Team

  • Coach and support junior team members, help them grow into the best version of themselves
  • Support Bar Backs as and when needed, teamwork makes the dream work
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with your teammates to keep service seamless
  • Be flexible and ready to support other areas of the venue when the business needs it

Champion Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all health & safety and allergen procedures without exception
  • Adhere to all legal regulations, including verifying guest age through ID checks when required
  • Uphold responsible service of alcohol standards at all times
  • Complete opening and closing duties as directed – leaving the bar ready for the next shift

Your Experience Speaks

  • Bar experience in crafting drinks, including cocktails, you know your way around a shaker
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Solid knowledge of drink pairings, ingredients, and responsible alcohol service
  • Familiarity with till systems and cash handling
  • Must be 18 years or over due to the nature of working with alcohol
