The Governors of Sealand Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to support learners within our Reception class, under the direction and guidance of teaching staff. The successful candidate will be a nurturing practitioner who is able to reflect our school’s ethos and vision through their practice.

Closing date: Thursday 29th January, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Shortlisting and interviews will take place in February 2026 with a view to commencing employment as soon as possible subject to DBS clearance and suitable references. Please note that shortlisted candidates will be asked to participate in a small group activity with pupils.
