As a product engineer, you will build our platform. This is a profoundly difficult systems-design problem. You will own critical primitives including abstractions for GxP data, the automation engine for complex workflows, AI interfaces that make our customers radically more productive, and verifiable audit trails that underpin everything. Our platform is built with TypeScript and React.

We are a super small team of extremely hard-working people who care very deeply about every detail. You will not be handed tickets. We organize our work into weekly missions focusing the team on the most critical objective. You will have long-term, absolute ownership over an area of our platform. You are responsible for identifying the most important problems, defining the solutions, and shipping the code.

This role requires an engineer who is pathologically obsessed with product and user experience. You must be a first-principles thinker who can hold the aesthetic of a UI in their head while architecting the low-level primitives that power it. Your raw intelligence and work ethic are what matter; the specific languages you know do not.

The challenge is immense and the standards are absolute. We are looking for people who are compelled by this, not intimidated. If you are one of them, join us.
