Company Operations
- Run payroll and contractor payments
- Manage invoices and expense tracking
- Keep internal systems (Airtable, finance tools, contracts) clean and up to date
- Coordinate company subscriptions and vendors
- Build automations where new processes are inefficient
Logistics & Admin
- Order equipment and supplies
- Book travel and accommodation
- Manage office logistics (when applicable)
- Handle onboarding logistics for new hires
People & Process Support
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling
- Support recruitment admin
- Maintain documentation and process checklists
- Ensure operational tasks are completed on time, every time
