You are embedded directly with our customers, in their labs, on their manufacturing floors, in their most critical GxP environments. You deploy our platform, integrate it with their systems, migrate their data, and configure workflows that re‑engineer how they work. You are the hands‑on expert who delivers the outcome. This is not remote support. This is on‑site transformation.
No two days are the same, but you can expect to:
- Go onsite and immerse yourself in a customer’s most intricate workflows to identify where the biggest problems are
- Deploy and configure Seal against live GxP processes, ELN, QMS, LIMS, MES, and own the outcome end to end
- Migrate customers off legacy systems, paper, spreadsheets, siloed tools, into Seal, end to end
- Build and lead training sessions that drive real adoption, not just go‑live
- Present results and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from scientists to C‑suite
- Feed what you see in the field directly back into Seal’s product
Your success is not measured by go‑live, it is measured by the confirmed ROI you deliver. You should expect significant travel, around the world, to be onsite with companies changing the world. This role is for someone who is not content staying behind a desk. We require a deep technical background (e.g., Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology) and experience in quality, automation, or life sciences is highly beneficial.
