About the Role
As an AI Product Engineer, you will own the entire lifecycle features—from strategy to execution. This role blends product management, engineering, and design, empowering you to define user needs, build AI-driven solutions, and iterate rapidly based on real-world feedback. You’ll work across disciplines to shape our platform, leveraging AI as a tool to enhance your own productivity and decision-making.
What Success Looks Like
- Delivering fully realised AI-powered features, from idea to production
- Working closely with scientists and engineers to understand user needs and shape solutions
- Using AI to streamline development, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making
- Designing, prototyping, and iterating rapidly on product concepts
- Taking full ownership of your projects, driving them independently while collaborating with the team
- Occasionally traveling to meet customers across Europe and the US, gaining hands-on insights into their workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Define, design, and develop product features end-to-end
- Actively gather and interpret customer feedback to refine product direction
- Implement AI models into production, ensuring they deliver real value
- Use AI-assisted tools to optimise engineering, design, and decision-making processes
- Debug, optimise, and scale AI-powered solutions for performance and reliability
- Own the success of your features—from concept to launch to iteration
Requirements
- Ability to drive a product forward independently, from idea to execution
- A strong product mindset, with experience working across engineering, design, and user research
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and disciplines
- Proficiency in software development and an understanding of AI/ML integration
- STEM degrees strongly preferred
