Seal Solutions Australia is a small business specialising in Industrial rubber parts and consumables including Hydraulic Seals, Rotary Seals, O‑Rings and consumables used in the Hydraulic, Agricultural, Engineering & Drilling Industries.
Working alongside the manager, your primary roles will be in stores / Counter support & processing duties: including but not limited to:
Picking, packing and processing orders;
Customer orders, including assistance with parts identification.
Counter sales and phone inquiries.
Management of stock levels, including analysis and planning to ensure stock holdings meet minimum order requirements.
Sourcing and purchasing of products;
Liaise with Customers and suppliers.
Maintain existing business and drive future business growth.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous parts experience – ideally in a similar industry is preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously and use measuring tools (Vernier calipers).
- Attention to detail, and a high customer focus.
- Must be computer literate in all aspects of various programs.
- Must have the ability to adapt and learn products and part numbers.
- Mechanical or Hydraulics knowledge advantageous.
- Hold a current driving licence.
