A cure can now be designed in an afternoon; the proof it was made right still takes years.

Seal turns that proof into software — and you are the person who makes it real, on the customer's manufacturing floor.

You can read our full mission here .

You embed with our customers: in their labs, on their production lines, inside their most critical Gx P environments.

You deploy the platform, integrate their systems, migrate their data, and re-engineer how they work.

This is not remote support.

It is on-site transformation.

No two days are the same, but you can expect to

  • Go onsite and immerse yourself in a customer's most intricate workflows until you know where the real problems are
  • Deploy and configure Seal against live Gx P processes — ELN, QMS, LIMS, MES — and own the outcome end to end
  • Migrate customers off paper, spreadsheets, and legacy systems, completely
  • Run training that drives real adoption, not just go-live
  • Present results and proposals to rooms ranging from bench scientists to the C‑suite
  • Build product from the field — write the features, integrations, and fixes a customer needs while you're still on‑site, and feed what you see back into Seal

Your success is not measured by go‑live. It is measured by the confirmed ROI you deliver.

We go to where the problem is.

Expect significant travel, around the world, to be onsite with the companies bringing new medicines to patients.

This is not a role for someone who wants to stay behind a desk.

You have a deep technical background — engineering, chemical engineering, biology — and ideally experience in quality, automation, or life sciences.

If this compels you rather than intimidates you, join us.
