Business Development (BDR) — 3pm London start

This is the entry point. You join a customer pod alongside a Deployed GxP Director and a Deployment Strategist, and you build the pipeline that feeds everything else. You can read our full mission here .
This role is based in London and starts at 3pm London time to cover the US market, including the West Coast. We pay more than for the 9am-start BDR role to reflect the schedule.
The job is research, outreach, and relentless follow-up. Find the companies. Find the people. Get them on the phone. You will learn how markets work, how to map an organization, how to write a message that gets answered, and how to turn cold outreach into real conversations — by doing it every day next to the people closing the deals.
