THE ROLE: to get children ready for the world through play!

THE FINER DETAILS: Flexible working shifts 3 to 4 days a week and year-round. Seahorse Nursery is a family-run group of nurseries in Southfields and Wimbledon Park (SW19, famous for tennis). We are looking for experienced Early Years Educators. We welcome applications from those with relevant experience as Early Years Teachers, Early Years Practitioners and Nursery Nurses. Pay scales are higher for those with Early Years Teacher Status.

Benefits:

Day to day:

  • Prepare and complete activities based on children's stage of development and interests
  • Contribute to planning and evaluation of activities
  • Develop strong partnerships with parents/carers
  • Provide an inclusive environment for colleagues, children and visitors
  • Safeguard the children: safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility

Requirements:

  • Early Years Educator (Qualified Level 2, Level 3, Level 6, QTS, EYTS)
  • Looking for a meaningful job and passionate about child education
  • Positive attitude
  • Available to work all year round
  • Suitable references and DBS checks
