Seahaven Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Refocus Room Manager to join our supportive pastoral team, ensuring students are supported to their best. The role focuses on managing behaviour, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to our graduated approach to pastoral support.
You will work closely with the Vice Principal (Behaviour) and year teams to plan actions, oversee the Refocus Room, and promote high standards of conduct, engagement and learning within a positive school culture.
