Seahaven Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Literacy Learning Mentor to join our pastoral team. You will deliver targeted literacy interventions to help students improve reading, writing and oracy, building confidence and independence across the school.
You will work with teachers, parents and support staff to monitor progress, identify needs and share best practice. The role offers professional development, a supportive environment and opportunities to contribute to whole-school literacy
