Salary: £25,396.80 per year, plus a share of service charge, approx. £2k annually for full time
Hours: 40hrs a week – varying shifts to include weekends and bank holidays, start times between 8am and 12noon

We are seeking to appoint a Porter to join our vibrant Front of House team in providing quality customer care for our guests.
Due to insurance the applicant must be over the age of 30 and hold a full driving license.

The ideal candidate:
- Previous hospitality experience required in a face to face role - minimum 1 year
- Due to car insurance purposes, the successful candidate must be over the age of 25 to valet park cars
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
- Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
- Be a team player as well as an individual worker, being comfortable with lone-working and shift-based rota work
- Full training will be provided across both roles
- To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
- Must have transport due to location
- Fluent and clear spoken English with good written English and an excellent telephone manner
