Role: Maintenance Operative

Resort: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Salary: £12.21 per hour plus a share of service charge approx. £2k a year

Hours: 0-40 hours (Full time), including weekends on rotation & bank holidays.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1 year as a multi-skilled Maintenance Operative with a preferred trade (essential).
  • Hands-On Skills: Proficiency with machinery, tools, and completing a variety of tasks.
  • Specialized Experience: Maintaining hot tubs (desirable) and at least 1 year of pool plant maintenance experience.
  • Qualifications: Pool Plant Qualification (PWTAG) is desirable.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Delivering 5-star standards consistently.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft systems and computer literate.
