Salary: £12.21 per hour plus a share of service charge approx. £2k a year
Hours: 0-40 hours (Full time), including weekends on rotation & bank holidays.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year as a multi-skilled Maintenance Operative with a preferred trade (essential).
- Hands-On Skills: Proficiency with machinery, tools, and completing a variety of tasks.
- Specialized Experience: Maintaining hot tubs (desirable) and at least 1 year of pool plant maintenance experience.
- Qualifications: Pool Plant Qualification (PWTAG) is desirable.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Delivering 5-star standards consistently.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft systems and computer literate.
- Professionalism: Well-presented, with the ability to interact effectively with management, staff, and guests.
