Job Opportunity: Spa Therapist
Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham
Resort information: https://www.seaham-hall.co.uk/
Salary: £13.75 per hour + share of service charge (approx. £2k per annum for full time employees) + retail commission structure
Hours: Flexible (0-40 hours per week, full-time or part-time available). Shifts vary between 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, including weekends and bank holidays.
Reporting To: General Manager, Spa Manager, Treatment Manager, Spa Supervisor

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
  • Caring Nature: Genuine passion for helping people.
  • Professionalism: Attention to detail, excellent timekeeping, and a polished appearance.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently.
  • Communication: Outstanding customer service and confidentiality skills.
  • Transport: Reliable transport preferred due to location and shift patterns.
  • Customer Service: Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment for every client. Confident in carrying out thorough consultations, understanding individual needs, and tailoring treatments accordingly.
  • Client Journey: Committed to delivering exceptional client journeys from arrival to departure, including aftercare advice and product recommendations where appropriate. Proactive in building long-term client relationships, encouraging repeat bookings, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
