Location: SeahamHall, County Durham
Salary: £12.21 per hour plus share of service charge (approx. £2k perannum for employees working 40 hours a week)
Hours: 0-20hours per week (full-time), including weekends and bank holidays
(part-time available), shift pattern will include a variety of shifts between6.30am and 10.30pm including weekends & bank holidays.
Relationships: Reports to Spa Management

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuremaximum cleanliness around facilities
- Seeto guest queries and demands in a professional manner
- To familiariseyourself with current members
- Toensure towel & robe removal from poolside in line with guest flow (toinclude robe pocket check)
- Ensurethat magazines & online library are available for guest leisure
- To beable to handle guest feedback in the most professional manor and report toMOD when required
- Reportany maintenance issues to reception where necessary
- Ensuresmooth operations within the spa by being proactive and working alongsidefellow members of the Seaham Hall team
- Followand respect all company policies and procedures
- Abidewith all health and safety policies
