(part-time available), shift pattern will include a variety of shifts between6.30am and 10.30pm including weekends & bank holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuremaximum cleanliness around facilities
- Seeto guest queries and demands in a professional manner
- To familiariseyourself with current members
- Toensure towel & robe removal from poolside in line with guest flow (toinclude robe pocket check)
- Ensurethat magazines & online library are available for guest leisure
- To beable to handle guest feedback in the most professional manor and report to MOD when required
- Reportany maintenance issues to reception where necessary
- Ensuresmooth operations within the spa by being proactive and working alongsidefellow members of the Seaham Hall team
- Followand respect all company policies and procedures
- Abidewith all health and safety policies

- Minimum oneyear of experience in a customer-facing role (hospitalityexperience a bonus).
