Role: Mixologist
Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham
Resort information: https://www.seaham-hall.co.uk/
Salary: Competitive based on experience, to be discussed at interview plus a share of service charge, approx. £2k a year for full time
Hours: up to 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 including evenings, weekends & bank holidays.
Relationships: Work closely with the General Manager, Restaurant and Bar Manager, and F&B team.

- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-energy environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
- A creative mindset and passion for experimenting with new flavours and concepts.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any necessary certifications or training.

- Create and serve innovative cocktails while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
