Role: Hotel Housekeeper
Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham
Resort information: https://www.seaham-hall.co.uk/
Salary: up to £12.21 (depending on experience & to be discussed at interview)
Hours: 0-32 hours a week, between 10am and 3pm (Part & Full-Time), including weekends & bank holidays.
Relationships: General Manager, Housekeeping team
Responsibilities
- Provide quality cleaning standards for guest accommodation and the hotel’s facilities.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is desired
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
- Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
- Be a team player as well as an individual worker
- Be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
- Due to location transport is required
