We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team and support the successful delivery of key business and operational projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery by developing work plans, tracking progress, managing project documentation, and ensuring actions are completed to agreed timescales.

Working closely with Project Managers, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, while achieving quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and action trackers.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain on track and within scope.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and support the implementation of mitigation plans.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Prepare regular project reports, updates, and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting systems.
  • Support risk management and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in resolving project challenges and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Ensure project processes, standards, and governance requirements are followed.

About You

  • Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar project support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience preparing project schedules, progress reports, and action plans.
  • Ability to analyse project performance and track progress against milestones.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Experience working within a project management environment from project conception through to delivery.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes.
  • Experience using project management software and planning tools.
  • PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent project management certification.
  • What You'll Bring

You will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project delivery.

You'll have the ability to build strong relationships, coordinate competing priorities, and keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who can drive actions to completion, maintain momentum across multiple workstreams, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects that support business objectives.
