SeAH Wind is building the world’s largest XXXL Monopile factory for the offshore wind industry. We are looking for an experienced and driven Production Engineer to join our team, reporting to the Engineering and Technical Manager. You will take ownership of manufacturing processes and project‑level engineering requirements, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with engineers and production to maintain operation standards, optimise processes, and drive improvements across tooling, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), quality, utilisation and efficiency.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and lead initiatives to improve safety, process performance and product handling across the site.
  • Provide commercial support during tendering and bids, contributing technical expertise to secure the best quality and value.
  • Plan and coordinate production engineering processes, diagnose and resolve issues, and develop improvements that maximise the use of product, equipment, materials and people.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with product specifications, engineering developments and production technologies, undertaking specialist projects and benchmarking studies to identify best practices and future trends.
  • Prepare reports, present progress at meetings and ensure all products meet customer and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Relevant manufacturing or engineering degree, ideally master’s level, and proven experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and CAD.
  • Recognised engineering qualifications such as ONC, City & Guilds Level 3, BTEC National Diploma Level 3, or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) are required; professional accreditation is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Attractive base salary commensurate with experience.
  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
  • 5% employer pension contribution and Medicash.
