We are seeking a talented and commercially minded Legal Counsel to manage the company’s overall legal affairs.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a multinational organisation at the forefront of the renewable energy sector.
As part of a newly developing legal function, you will have the opportunity to work at the world's largest monopile production facility, supporting major international offshore wind farm projects and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering legal advice to stakeholders at all levels and across a broad range of business functions.
- Advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts as well as various corporate financing agreements
- Supporting and advising on matters related to litigation, arbitration, and other legal disputes.
- Managing relationships with external legal advisers to ensure efficient and pragmatic service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 36 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience within energy, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or major projects environments; disputes experience is also highly desirable.
- A practical, commercial approach to legal problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a solution-focused mindset.
- Demonstrable project management and leadership capabilities.
