SeAH Wind is looking for a strategic Project Manager to join our team and take a leading role in driving excellence across our ambitious, large-scale offshore wind projects. As part of the world’s largest Monopile Factory, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Net Zero emissions by ensuring that each project is executed to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.

As Project Manager, you will have the responsibility to oversee end-to-end project delivery, with a strong focus on strategic customer engagement. A critical component of this role is a full-time, on-site presence, where you will ensure seamless project execution, attend high-level meetings, and maintain a sharp focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with the world-class standards we are known for.
Working closely with the rest of the Projects and Commercial team, you will play a vital role in aligning with customer requirements and increasing on-site collaboration. This position requires a senior leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while driving performance across all aspects of project delivery.
Your leadership will extend to developing and enhancing core Project Management systems and procedures that reflect best practices in offshore wind, with responsibility over project scope, schedule, finances, risks, quality, and resources. You will coordinate with various business departments, ensure top-tier project delivery, and maintain regular and effective communication with the customer\’s appointed Engineer. High-level reporting, strategic meetings with stakeholders, meticulous documentation, and proactive risk management are all key to ensuring the success of each project.
