Overview
We are looking to recruit an MDSA who is flexible, enthusiastic and confident working with children across the primary age range.
The role is to ensure that children are safe, happy and healthy during lunchtimes.
Responsibilities
- Support children during lunch periods to maintain a safe and positive environment.
- Promote wellbeing, safety and good behaviour during the school day.
Qualifications and requirements
- Experience of working in a primary school is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Must be organised, positive and able to build good relationships with children and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to use initiative and to work independently.
