About the role - you will:

  • Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will have responsibility for the direction, motivation, and performance of a team of manufacturing specialists engaged in the manufacturing process.
  • Your role has the responsibility of maintaining a safe working environment, managing a team of up to 35 Manufacturing Specialists, engaging cross functionally to meet the standards and operational performance expected of your team.
  • You will already be an effective leader, with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop your team members in a manufacturing environment.
  • Manage team of Manufacturing Specialists, including the effective communication of goals, providing training and development opportunities and providing feedback on performance in a high‑performance team environment.
  • Maintain focus on producing results that meet or exceed plans and goals.
