Overview
As a Security Program Manager in the EMEA Physical Security Team your key responsibilities will be: Program Leadership: Own and drive the local security program, aligning with regional and global standards. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day security operations, including contract security personnel, incident response and compliance related activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse business units and groups to align security initiatives with operational goals. Security Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies consistent with organisational policies and operational stability. Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery, while managing vendor contracts and contributing to budget planning and cost-effective decision making. Security Systems Support: Manage, maintain and enhance security systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensure operational reliability and alignment with broader security objectives for access control, CCTV and vendor coordinated services. Document Management: Maintain and evolve security documentation including policies, SOPs, work instructions and audit records. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement optimizations to security processes, technologies and culture. Training & Awareness: Support site-wide security awareness initiatives and contribute to employee engagement efforts.

Skills and Qualifications
- Program or project management in a corporate environment, preferably security related.
- Contract and vendor management.
- Collaboration across diverse business units and stakeholder groups.
- Document control & compliance.
- Familiarity with security systems and support functions.
- Leading site-level incident response and operational decision-making.
- Knowledge of the role access control and CCTV systems play in daily operations.
- Development & tracking of KPIs and performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Security operations or physical security systems management expertise.
- Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Proficiency in budget planning and vendor contract oversight.
- Delivery and presentation of updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity of working with law enforcement or emergency services.
- Support of security programs across multiple sites or regions.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
