About our group: The Staff Program Manager, Total Rewards, EMEA will manage the day-to-day operations of the Compensation, Benefits and Wellbeing agenda across EMEA. The role will be a subject matter expert over the review and implementation of total rewards programs and project management of key initiatives. You will have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, handle sensitive information, make sound business decisions, influence key stakeholders, manage complex data, and deliver results on a company-wide scale. About the role - you will: Assist with embedding the total rewards strategy and ensure full alignment with business objectives Provide expert total rewards advice and counselling to Country Management and wider HR teams in compensation, benefits and wellbeing programs Manage, analyse and interpret complex data sets, ensuring accuracy and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
