About the role - you will:
- Join our dynamic Process Engineering team at Seagate’s Springtown wafer manufacturing facility.
- Support advanced technology development and high-volume manufacturing for next-generation recording heads, including HAMR (Heat-Assisted Magnetic Recording) technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and sustain processes in one or more of the following areas: Photolithography, Vacuum Deposition & Etch, Electroplating, Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP), Metrology & Inspection.
- Implement process control and optimization strategies to ensure stability and yield improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, SPC, and root cause investigations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on technology transfer and process integration.
- Support qualification of new tools and recipes for emerging technologies and HAMR volume production.

- Recent graduates in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields encouraged to apply.
- Experienced Process Engineers with expertise in any of the listed areas will be highly valued.
- Strong background in process control, optimization, and statistical analysis.
