The predicted salary is between 800 - 1400 £ per month.
Successful candidates will be employed by Seagate to gain valuable experience in our thriving global manufacturing business while studying for a degree with no fees or costs associated with higher education. Throughout the four years you will develop invaluable skills in all elements of engineering, supported by close mentorship and academic guidance from Ulster University.
Upon satisfactory performance and successful completion of the course, you will continue your career with Seagate, building on your knowledge gained. After the four years of training and upon completion of your degree, you will be offered a permanent position at Seagate as a Graduate Engineer. On completion of your degree you must achieve a minimum level of Second Class Honors.

Responsibilities:- Have a mentor on site at Seagate with a full training plan.

- Experience or interest in Electrical/Electronics/Engineering/Maintenance with desire to work in Engineering in a world-class industry.
- To be successful in this role, you must end your schooling with the following grades: 2 x B’s & 1 x C (A Level or equivalent). Please provide your predicted grades on your application.
- BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Engineering (Merit or above).
- At least two A Levels from: Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Technology and Design, Design and Technology, Double Award Science/Applied Science, Engineering, or Electronics (minimum BBC).
- A Levels combined with a BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate (Merit or above).
- You must include your predicted grades when submitting your application.
- Calculus to solve engineering problems.
This is a Full-Time position working Monday - Friday, 2 days a week at Seagate and 3 days at Ulster University for the first year. Years 2, 3 & 4 will be 4 days a week on-site at Seagate and 1 day at Ulster University. During the University holidays you will be scheduled to work at Seagate E.G. Summer, Christmas etc.
