About us:

In the Lune Valley, between Lancaster and Kirkby Lonsdale, the Fenwick is a historic pub with an old-world charm, it has a cosy restaurant with an attached bar area, and 9 en-suite hotel rooms. We are passionate about quality and using the best regional product. Our main menu of British classics changes with the seasons; and our Seafood Specials are created by our talented team of chefs on site, making the most of the catch of the day and best quality seafood available. We have been recognised with multiple awards including Restaurant Magazine’s Food Led Company and the Publican Award’s Best Food Offer multiple times. Recognised as a leading employer, we are extremely proud to be in The Sunday Times Best Places to work. We know that the key to success is the people within the business, and that the first step is recruiting the best people who are just as passionate as us about food, drink, and true hospitality. As part of a group of seven premium pubs with rooms, we’re big enough to offer progression and multisite opportunities, but small enough to know all of our teams personally and as individuals, which allows people to develop and excel in their areas of interest.

About you:

Competent managing the breakfast shift in serving food and hot drinks, and completing check outs and taking payment on our system. Ideally, you have experience within a service-based environment. You are organised and able to multitask.
