- You are passionate about food, have impeccable standards, and a great team spirit.
- You will know your way around a kitchen, having worked as a Sous or Junior Sous Chef previously and be ready for your next challenge!
- You have excellent attention to detail.
- You have great communication skills.
- You are ready to support the Head Chef with the running of the Kitchen.
- You are ready to assist the Head Chef with leading and developing the team.
