The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated therapist with a genuine passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering five-star treatments and service.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified in facial, body, and beauty treatments (recognised Beauty Therapy qualifications required).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy spa or salon environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, and manicures.
  • Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest professional standard.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized treatment room.
  • Manage and update client records and treatment documentation.
  • Promote and upsell spa treatments, products, and packages.
  • Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to continually improve skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards at all times.
