- Someonewho has experience working with children with SEND and supporting the widerstaff team; ideally those with experience working with children with ASC
- Experience of delivering targeted interventions andsupport programmes for pupils with SEND, including implementation of provisionspecified within EHCPs.
- Anintelligent, considered and talented individual to support children with SENDto be the best they can be
- Awarm, compassionate and driven person who won’t give up on children
- Someonewho is equipped with the personality and skills to build relationships with children,staff and parents
- Anability to use initiative and complete their work to a high standard
