We are seeking a Family Outreach Coordinator to join our Youth & Family Services leadership team. At Seacoast Mental Health Center, we provide hope and promote recovery for children, adolescents, adults, and their families in the eastern half of Rockingham County.

The position is full-time and requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field. Prior experience working with children, teens, and families; strong work ethic; organisation; and time management skills are needed. Seeking a candidate with prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual and group supervision to a team of Family Outreach Specialists.
  • Supporting the professional development of the Family Outreach Specialists and the use of evidence-based practices in the provision of care.
  • Assuming a small caseload and providing services to children, adolescents, and their families in the home and community settings.
  • Participating in both internal and external meetings related to clinical care.
  • Providing targeted care coordination.
  • Consulting with prescribers and clinical staff.
