Beautiful Seacoast area with four seasons, 55 minutes from Boston. Expanding private, non-profit community mental health center seeks an Adult Psychiatrist to join a staff of ten psychiatrists for outpatient care. Vibrant collegial atmosphere with competitive salary and benefits.

The Adult Psychiatrist will provide care to adults with a range of psychiatric diagnoses. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outpatient psychiatric evaluations
  • Maintaining treatment plans
  • Prescribing medications
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery in alignment with best practices

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Completion of an accredited residency program in general adult psychiatry
  • License to practice medicine in the State of New Hampshire
  • A valid DEA license
  • Board certification in general adult psychiatry. If the applicant has completed their residency within the past 5 years, they can be considered eligible for employment but must complete board certification within 5 years from the date of completion of their training
