At Seacoast Mental Health Center, we provide hope and promote recovery for children, adolescents, adults and their families in the eastern half of Rockingham County.
Key Responsibilities:
- This therapist role within our Youth & Family Services Department will provide clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families in our Exeter Office.
- This role will provide individual and family therapy services, intake assessments, group therapy services, and targeted case management.
- Youth and Family Therapists work within a team model which includes clinical managers, case managers, functional support specialists, psychiatrists and more.
- Youth and Family Therapists collaborate with external supports, such as school staff, community supports, DJJS/DCYF, and more.
- Youth and Family Therapists are eligible to receive training and consultations within relevant evidence-based practices.
- Services are primarily delivered in the office, school, and community settings.
Job Requirements:
- Required minimum education of a Master's degree in a mental health/human service field.
- Must be licensed or license eligible (if eligible, shall seek license), in the State of New Hampshire.
- Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with children and families or in mental health or human service settings recommended.
- Skilled in the use of technology, including an electronic health record and telehealth.
