The successful candidate will be cheerful, positive and hardworking and want to be part of a small friendly, efficient team. You will need to demonstrate that you are keen to learn, enthusiastic, independent, and forward-thinking in your approach to finance and administration. Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation ready to excel in a fast-paced business in the renewables sector.
The varied duties include:
- Accounts payable.
- Approving and processing expenses.
- Processing pre-paid card expenses.
- Purchase order creation.
- Supporting the Finance team and the business in day-to-day queries.
Desirable:
- Highly organised, agile worker with ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Strong time management skills, ensuring work deadlines are met.
- Independent person who can also work as part of a friendly, flexible, dynamic team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong IT Skills and sound understanding of Excel.
Advantage:
