The Marketing & Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting SEAC Ltd's sales operations and customer relationships. This is a varied, handsâon role that combines marketing support, sales administration, and internal sales activities. You will help promote SEAC Ltd's specialist capabilities through practical marketing initiatives, while ensuring customer enquiries, quotations, and orders are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare marketing materials, including product brochures, datasheets, case studies, and capability statements
- Update website content and manage SEAC social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X to promote products, services, and projects
- Support and coordinate marketing campaigns linked to new products, key accounts, and industry events
- Gather customer and market feedback to support sales strategy and product development
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, supporting marketing campaigns and strengthening relationships
- Process sales orders accurately, ensuring all customer requirements are clearly communicated internally
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales activity within CRM/ERP systems
- Support sales management with reporting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
- Good digital marketing knowledge (email campaigns, social media, SEO fundamentals)
