As a Manager, you will bring 5–8 years of experience to our consulting team. You will be instrumental in leading day‑to‑day project delivery, managing high‑performing teams, and driving insights that shape client strategies.
As a member of our team you will:

Key Responsibilities:
- Data & Analytics: Lead the design, execution, and validation of complex analytical and AI‑driven models, applying advanced quantitative methods to ensure accuracy and insightful interpretation. Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that directly support project work and deliver added value to clients. Mentor team members in analytical best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Engagement Leadership: Lead execution of client projects across multiple workstreams. Translate conceptual frameworks into actionable analysis and ensure analytical rigor. Validate team outputs and synthesize findings into compelling, client‑ready recommendations.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as primary point of contact for clients during project delivery. Communicate complex data and strategic insights in a clear, business‑relevant way. Anticipate client needs and propose solutions, alternatives, and recommendations.
- Business Development & Team Development: Support proposal development and scoping of new client engagements. Contribute to internal initiatives such as training, knowledge sharing, and IP development, while upholding Seabury Airline Strategy Group’s coaching culture by modelling leadership, communication, and accountability. Supervise and mentor analysts and senior analysts, providing clear guidance and feedback, and ensuring high professional standards and teamwork.
Required Experience:
- 5–8 years of consulting, airline strategy, or relevant analytical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or engineering field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to connect detailed analysis to broader industry context.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong quantitative skillset with proficiency in advanced Excel modelling; experience with Python, SQL, Tableau and AI or machine learning techniques is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to guide teams, mentor colleagues, and manage complex project dynamics.
- Passion for aviation and strategic problem‑solving.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%).
- Have the right to permanently live and work in the United Kingdom (sponsorship not available).
