The role involves:
- Preparation of customs declarations using Trader Support Service (TSS).
- Preparation of exports documentation on CDS.
- Completion of GMRs using Goods Vehicle Movement Service (GVMS).
- Completion of supplementary declarations using Trader Support Service (TSS).
- Maintaining and updating internal systems to support the movement of goods.
- Ensuring accurate and timely lodgement of customs documentation.
- Liaising with 3rd party agents to obtain customs clearances.
Minimum requirements include:
- Minimum 12 months experience in customs procedures for both import and export.
- Able to work toward and meet deadlines.
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Possess team player qualities.
- Able to plan ahead with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
