Ben jij een nauwkeurige en georganiseerde professional met kennis van douaneprocedures? Dan is deze functie als Customs Employee bij Seabourne Logistics jouw volgende carrièrestap! Als Customs Employee ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig afhandelen van douanedocumenten en -formaliteiten. Je werkt met uiteenlopende goederenstromen en vraagstukken. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan klassieke auto’s, wijn en medische goederen. Verder werk je met accijnsgoederen, entrepotverkeer, AEO certificering, BTW- en fiscale aangelegenheden. In de praktijk zal je 40% importwerkzaamheden en 60% exportwerkzaamheden verrichten. Kortom; geen dag is hetzelfde.

Wat ga je doen?
- Signaleren van onregelmatigheden op douanegebied en deze rapporteren aan de leidinggevende;
- Afhandelen van douaneformaliteiten;
- Verwerken van douane aangiften conform wet en regelgeving;
- Indienen van bezwaarschriften, BTI en het verrichten van administratieve werkzaamheden;
- Verwerken van data met betrekking tot fiscale vertegenwoordiging;
- Informeren van klanten en interne belanghebbenden en het beantwoorden van vragen plus adviseren inzake operationele aangelegenheden;
- Geven van instructies aan interne belanghebbenden over onderwerpen die betrekking hebben op veranderingen in de douane en fiscale wetgeving;
- Intern fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor douaneformaliteiten.
Wie zoeken wij?
- Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau;
- In het bezit van een declarantendiploma;
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als declarant;
- Fulltime beschikbaar (40 uur per week);
- Goede kennis en beheersing van douane software, ERP systemen en MS Office;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

- Een salaris tussen de € 3.350,- en € 4.100,- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring;
