Lead the digital infrastructure, AI integration, simulation technology and technical project delivery that powers the future of autonomous maritime operations.
Working Pattern : Hybrid, based from our Portsmouth office with flexible home working.
Travel : Regular travel across the UK and occasional international travel is an integral part of the role, including client visits, project meetings, training delivery, demonstrations and industry events.
Occasional overnight stays will be required.
About the role
This is a varied technical role responsible for maintaining and developing Sea Bot Maritime's digital infrastructure while leading technology projects that support the growth of the business.
Working across IT, networking, cyber security, AI, simulation and digital systems, you will ensure our technology is secure, reliable and fit for purpose.
The role combines hands-on technical delivery with project leadership.
You will maintain our IT infrastructure, networks and cyber security, oversee system integrations, support simulation and remote operations technologies, and work closely with colleagues to deliver innovative solutions for both internal operations and client projects.
As Sea Bot Maritime continues to grow, you will help introduce new AI-enabled capabilities into our products, training and operational services.
Experience within simulation, gaming or immersive technologies would be advantageous, although not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, leading projects and working with emerging technologies in a fast-growing maritime technology company.
