Sea Scrub Sauna is a Nordic-inspired coastal wellness brand rooted in the Kent coast. We run wood-fired saunas, cold plunges, and a beachside café at our Margate site. This summer we go full time, and we need the right person to lead the café. This is a hands-on role.
You’ll be running the day-to-day of a busy beachside café, keeping standards high, the team sharp, and the coffee exceptional.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and training a small team of baristas
- Ordering stock and managing supplies
- Overseeing daily and deep cleans to our standards
- Maintaining quality across every cup and every shift
- Being the calm head when it gets busy (and it will get busy)
What we’re looking for:
