SEA Ltd is recruiting a Head of Discipline - Systems Engineering, based at Bristol, Beckington or Barnstaple with regular travel to all sites.
The role provides functional leadership of the Systems Engineering discipline to deliver coherent architectures, robust requirements and disciplined lifecycle execution across products and projects.
You will own standards, tools and processes (AS9100, ISO 15288), drive risk reduction decisions, and assure at key lifecycle gates and reviews.
